Are these physical products?

No. Lexoraintl products are digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped.

How will I receive my files?

After purchase, your files are delivered digitally through Shopify’s download system and/or email.

Can I edit the templates?

Yes. Fillable PDF templates can be completed with your business and client information. Excel files can be edited where included.

Can I resell these templates?

No. Templates are for personal or internal business use only. They may not be resold, shared, redistributed, copied, or repackaged as your own digital product.

Do you offer refunds?

Because these are digital products, all sales are generally final once files are delivered. Please read the refund policy before purchase.
