Refund policy

Lexoraintl sells digital business templates, including fillable PDFs, Excel files, forms, checklists, contracts, proposals, invoices, and digital bundles.

Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final once the order is completed and the files have been delivered or accessed. Digital products cannot be physically returned.

We may review refund or replacement requests in the following situations:

The customer purchased the same product twice by mistake.

The wrong file was delivered.

The download file is damaged, missing, or cannot be opened due to an issue on our side.

A technical delivery issue prevents the customer from receiving the purchased file.

Refund or replacement requests must be sent within 7 days of purchase. Please include your order number, email address used at checkout, and a short explanation of the issue.

Refunds are not guaranteed for:

Change of mind after purchase.

Not reading the product description before purchase.

Buying the wrong product by mistake after the file has been delivered.

Lack of required software or device compatibility.

Customer editing issues caused by third-party software, apps, or devices.

Requests made after the file has already been downloaded, accessed, or used.

If approved, refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
